Hi friends! I'm back with a special review that is a bit different than what I usually do. I'm excited to talk about some cute products that I found at CVS. I was there because I was waiting for some prints at the photo center and ended up doing some browsing. I came across a whole section for K-Beauty! I only wear eye makeup and have never been too interested in skincare. I didn't actually own anything for my face until now! It's no secret that I am always fascinated by products that have my favorite characters on it. I noticed Gudetama and thought why not try something new. I trust that Gudetama will do wonders for my skin. I tweeted out a photo to spread the word about this and CVS kindly sent me a gift card to purchase some items! I am very happy and thankful.
Keep reading to see what I picked out!
HOLIKA HOLIKA LAZY & EASY OIL TO FOAM CLEANSER
My life seems so much more put together now that I have a skincare routine. Before, all I would do in the morning is splash cold water on my face to wake up. It was effective but using a cleanser is much better! There were a few inexpensive cleaners available but I had my eye on this one with Gudetama on it. It's impossible to avoid something that's lazy and easy to use. I'm sure that almost anyone can relate to Gudetama's lifestyle.
When you use this it doesn't foam up too much which is nice. My face really did feel silky smooth after using it for the first time. I haven't had a cleanser since middle school so this all honestly brand new to me.
Here are the instructions and ingredients. Seems simple enough! This is great to use in the morning so you can start your day with soft skin.
HOLIKA HOLIKA LAZY & EASY ALL IN ONE MASTER
I was very intimidated by the price for this. I also had no idea what it was because like I explained before, I am no skincare expert. From what I can understand, it basically does everything for your skin. All beauty benefits in one bottle. It smells like aloe and the texture is a bit like Vaseline. You really only need one drop for your whole face. I use this after the cleanser for my hairline and side of my face because that is where I always have mini pimples. It feels sticky after applying but dries almost instantly!
Be sure to check out the ingredients before buying. There might be an ingredient on the list that will make you reconsider. I have sensitive skin but my experience has been good so far!
SAEM ICELAND HYDRATING EYE STICK
I am always up late either working or gaming so I deal with puffiness and major eye bags. This was the last one left and I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.
I can't believe that something like this even exists. I am in love with all the K-beauty packaging! I was hesitant to buy this because I thought that only the box would have the polar bear. Turns out the cap is shaped like the bear! It's so adorable how the little ears and paws stick out.
It requires zero effort to use and looks like a lipstick. It's cold to the touch and can help wake you up! I apply it at night as well to avoid looking like a zombie the next day.
Look at the tiny tail poof on the back! It's too bad I can't read what it says on the back. Can anyone translate? :)
FRUDIA HYDRATING MASK
Whenever I get an opportunity to do a promotional post I like to arrange giveaways for my lovely subs on Twitch. I always want to share goodies with you guys! I didn't get to try these masks but I chose 1 of each "flavor" that they had to send out to lucky winners.
I wanted something fun to offer so I got these because I know how popular face masks are nowadays.
These three products now brighten up my sink! I haven't decided if I want to restock once I run out. I will most likely buy another cleanser but not the master. It's going to last me a long time so I don't have to worry all that much. I don't know if I will ever find another bear stick in stores! If your CVS doesn't have a K-Beauty section yet, you can still order online. Be sure to use your CVS loyalty card to earn points for rewards. I hope you all enjoyed this review. Please let me know what you think about my haul in the comments down below! This is the start of my skincare journey and I'm glad you guys could be a part of it. I appreciate those who took the time to finish this post. Until next time!

This post made me seriously want to invest more in skincare. Currently I basically apply sunscreen and go. I kept telling myself cleansers were too complicated and time consuming, but this post completely changed my mind. It looks so easy and swift. I'm sure my skin will appreciate it. And a cute package helps it too, hehe. 🌹
